Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using the Subhood app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Subhood is operated by Jaivika Innovations Pty Ltd (trading as Subhood), Australia.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Subhood.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Your account is personal and cannot be transferred.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

3. Loyalty stamps

• Stamps are issued by participating businesses and are not cash or currency.
• Rewards are set by individual businesses and may change at any time.
• GPS validation is used on every scan. Scans from outside the business location may be rejected.
• Subhood is not responsible if a business changes or discontinues a reward programme.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to collect stamps fraudulently (e.g. scanning without visiting a business).
• Sharing QR codes with people not present at the business.
• Using automated tools or scripts to interact with the app.
• Interfering with GPS validation in any way.

5. Limitation of liability

Jaivika Innovations Pty Ltd (trading as Subhood) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including loss of stamps, rewards, or business relationships. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (typically $0 for customers).

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email for significant changes. Continued use of Subhood after changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
